What changes when your physiotherapy clinic runs on one central schedule
Each physio works in their own account, with their own patients, session notes and invoices. From the clinic account you see the full picture: who is treating in which room, what has been collected and what is still to be settled at the end of the month.
Google Calendar kept up to date Sync
Each physio can connect their Google account: appointments created in My Fisio Agenda flow into their Google Calendar automatically, with no copying by hand.
Patients imported CSV / Excel
Moving from another program or a spreadsheet? The import wizard loads patients and appointments from CSV or Excel and never duplicates anyone you already have with the same phone or email.
Consent signed before the first visit E-signature
Send the patient a link (it expires after 48 h) to fill in their details and sign the consent form on their phone. The signed PDF is stored in their record, and the templates are editable.
5 to 15 physiotherapists
Three clinic sizes: up to 5, 10 or 15 physios. On Center Mini each one works on the Junior plan; on the Medium Plan and Center Super, on the Senior plan.
Treatment rooms without clashes
Add every treatment room or cubicle. If the space is already taken at that time when you book, the schedule warns you and does not save it: no more double-booked treatment tables.
Appointments confirmed on WhatsApp
Automated reminders 24 h before and/or at booking, with buttons to confirm or cancel. Each physio has a monthly quota based on their plan, plus unlimited manual reminders from their own WhatsApp.
VeriFactu for the clinic and for each physio
The clinic invoices with its own quota (550 invoices a month on Center Mini, unlimited on the Medium Plan and Center Super) and each physio with the quota of their own plan, including the healthcare VAT exemption and IRPF withholding.
Statistics per physio and per technique
Revenue, sessions, busiest weekdays and session types — dry needling, pelvic floor, sports, neurological… — for each physiotherapist, with a downloadable PDF report.
Clinical data protected
Encrypted clinical records, a security PIN per section and two-step verification. Each physio's personal blocks show up in the clinic schedule as busy, with no details.
One patient, several physios
If an orthopedic patient also starts pelvic floor sessions with a colleague, you duplicate their record into her schedule: personal details stay in sync and each physio keeps their own notes.

Room occupancy across the whole clinic
Create your clinic's rooms — the rehab gym, the treatment cubicles, the pelvic floor room — and pick one when booking each appointment. Before saving, the schedule checks that it is free at that time; if it is not, it tells you and the booking is never duplicated.

You create each physio's user with their name, email and password, then give them a color in the schedule, their commission and the default price of their sessions. Your plan sets the maximum team size: 5, 10 or 15 professionals.

What each physio brings in and what goes to the clinic
Every completed session stores what the patient pays and what the physio is due once the commission is applied. At the end of the month, the settlements screen summarizes each professional's sessions, gross, commission, net and anything not yet invoiced, and creates the settlement invoice in one click.

The clinic invoices patients for its team's sessions — a single invoice can cover sessions from several physios — and each professional can invoice their own.
