Pricing, payments and cancellations
Frequently asked questions about the plans
Do I pay anything to create an account?
No. Signing up is free and starts the trial month with every feature. You only pay if you then choose a plan and complete the secure Stripe payment.
Can I switch plans whenever I need to?
Yes, from your settings. Moving up to a higher plan is charged immediately and your month restarts that day; moving down keeps your current plan until the paid period ends, after which the cheaper one applies.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account whenever you like: there's no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, which you can keep using as normal, and your patients' data is yours, so you can export it.
Where do I enter a promo, gift or invitation code?
In the box above the plans; then press “Apply”. A promo or invitation code shows you the discounted prices before you choose, and a gift code directly activates the plan it includes.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Fees are shown before tax and Spanish VAT (IVA) at 21% is added at checkout, itemised on every invoice. For example, the €19.99 Junior plan comes to €24.19 a month with VAT.
Does that VAT affect the invoices I issue to my patients?
No, they're separate things. The 21% only applies to your My Fisio Agenda fee. Invoices for your physiotherapy sessions can be issued with the VAT exemption for healthcare services (art. 20.1.3 of Spanish Law 37/1992) and, where applicable, with IRPF income-tax withholding, for instance when you bill a company.
I work on my own: which plan suits me?
Semilla if you're starting out and see up to 15 patients. Junior for a practice with a steady schedule: unlimited patients, 100 VeriFactu invoices and 100 automatic reminders a month. Senior if you issue lots of invoices (they're unlimited there) or need up to 250 automatic reminders.
What happens if I use up the month's automatic reminders?
You can keep reminding patients manually from your own WhatsApp, which has no limit on any plan. The automatic quota is monthly and, if you often run short, the Senior plan raises it to 250.
How do the plans for physiotherapy clinics work?
The clinic takes out a single plan and adds its team: up to 5 physiotherapists on Centre Mini, each with a Junior schedule, and up to 10 or 15 on Centre Medium and Centre Super, with Senior schedules. From the centre account you see every schedule in real time, organise rooms and handle commissions, settlements and invoicing.
