What Serenna is and where each program fits
Two different takes on automating a practice.
According to its website, Serenna is all-in-one software for physiotherapy clinics: scheduling with online booking, clinical records with a pain scale and a body chart to mark areas, payments, packs and cash-up, a KPI dashboard and, on the Clínica plan, QR clock-ins and time tracking. Its most visible feature is an AI WhatsApp assistant that answers patients and manages appointments, sold separately and paid per conversation.
My Fisio Agenda takes another route: everything that prevents no-shows and paperwork is included in the fee and works from day one. Reminders go out on their own with confirm and cancel buttons, VeriFactu invoicing is built in and patients have their own portal. It fits a self-employed physiotherapist as well as a physiotherapy clinic with up to 15 practitioners.
WhatsApp reminders with no add-ons
Reminders patients answer with one tap, without pushing up your fee.
With WhatsApp reminders you choose when the automatic message goes out: 24 hours before the session, when the appointment is created, or both. The message carries buttons to confirm or cancel, so the day before you already know whether the 9:00 slot is still taken. If you prefer a personal touch, the manual reminder opens your WhatsApp with the text ready, with no limit on any plan.
When a patient cancels or asks for an appointment from "My space", you can get a notification on your WhatsApp and refill the slot in good time. And if you want people to book without calling, switch on "Patient Space", your public booking page with its own link, which you can embed in the clinic's website.
Rooms, centres and session series on any plan
The schedule adapts to your practice, not the other way round.
In the online scheduling for physiotherapists you organise the day, week or month by colour and room. A rehab plan after a muscle tear is booked in full in one go, weekly or every two, three or four weeks, with a fixed number of sessions or no end date. Each centre has its default length (30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes), you set your working hours, block out the times you are not seeing patients, and everything syncs with your Google Calendar.
Each appointment is tagged by session type —dry needling, rehab exercise, lymphatic drainage, respiratory or paediatric physiotherapy, among others— so your statistics show which treatments keep your practice going. 5- or 10-session packs are deducted automatically and the clinical record is stored encrypted and organised by session.
