What TUFISIO offers and how My Fisio Agenda differs
Two physio programs with different priorities.
According to its website, TUFISIO is practice management software for physiotherapy clinics and self-employed physiotherapists in Spain and Latin America. It combines scheduling and online booking with payment, clinical records, digital signatures, session packs, invoicing, video consultations, patient chat and a public profile on the tufisio.com portal where reviews are collected. As paid extras it advertises an AI assistant and staff time tracking.
If being listed in a directory is your priority, that profile is its strong point. If what you want is for day-to-day admin —scheduling, reminders, consent forms and compliant invoices— to be handled for a fixed fee, My Fisio Agenda includes it all and organises it the way a physio works: online scheduling with rooms and session series for each treatment plan, session packs that are deducted as they are used, and session types such as dry needling, pelvic floor work or lymphatic drainage for your statistics. It suits a self-employed physiotherapist just as well as a physiotherapy clinic with several practitioners.

My Fisio Agenda's VeriFactu invoicing for physiotherapists sends each invoice to the AEAT with your own digital certificate, applies the VAT exemption for healthcare services (art. 20.1.3 of Spanish Law 37/1992), adds IRPF withholding when you invoice a company or a sports club and produces Facturae e-invoices. You can issue them per patient, per centre or per physiotherapist, with partial payments, several payment methods and a list of outstanding amounts so nothing slips through.
Your VeriFactu invoice allowance comes with each plan: 20 a month on Semilla, 100 on Junior and unlimited on Senior. On centre plans, Center Mini adds 550 invoices a month for the clinic, and the Medium Plan and Center Super have no cap. According to the TUFISIO website, its clinic plans allow up to five invoicing lines and each line with VeriFactu switched on has its own subscription; here there is nothing to switch on or add up.
Scheduling, reminders and portal: a week at the practice
Fewer lost slots and fewer calls to move an appointment.
Picture a week with three post-op knee patients, two runners with plantar fasciitis and a pelvic floor patient who comes every two weeks. In the schedule you create each plan's series in one go —weekly, every two, three or four weeks or monthly, with a fixed number of sessions or no end date—, assign it to its room and block out the morning of a training course without touching any appointments. Everything shows up in your Google Calendar and, in a clinic, the team sees the centre's schedule in real time.
WhatsApp reminders go out automatically 24 hours ahead or when the appointment is created, with confirm and cancel buttons; if a patient cancels or requests a slot from "My space", you can get a notice on your WhatsApp and refill the gap. Before the first visit you send a form that expires after 48 hours so they can leave their details and sign the informed consent, and their clinical record is stored encrypted and organised by session.
